All returns must be pre-approved. Since all our products are custom made to your specification, please check your order for accuracy within 48 hours of delivery. If you find that a product does not match the specification you ordered, please send us an email with your order number, photos and details. We will then send you our return procedure forms. Once the product has been returned along with our return form, we will begin to review your product. We will notify you of the return approval or denial once the review has been completed.
